Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Fresh parsley for garnish
Lemon wedges (optional, for serving)
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Pat dry the chicken breasts using paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Brush with olive oil and season both sides with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer — don’t overcrowd.
Cook for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing to keep juices locked in.
Serve warm, garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for 30 minutes before air frying.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat in the air fryer for 3–4 minutes to keep it crispy and juicy.
Pair with steamed vegetables, salad, or rice for a complete meal.
