Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 ½ cups chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Cream butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
2. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
4. Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet mixture.
5. Stir in chocolate chips evenly.
6. Chill dough for at least 30 minutes.
7. Prepare edible cookie dough filling using heat-treated flour.
8. Scoop cookie dough, wrap with chilled cookie base.
9. Bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
10. Cool slightly and enjoy warm.
