Ingredients
Boneless Chicken (1 kg – Use thighs for juicier results)
Paprika (1 tbsp – Smoked paprika for depth)
Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp – Alternate: 1 minced clove)
Onion Powder (1/4 tsp – Substitute: 1/2 tsp granulated)
Thyme (1 tsp – Use fresh if available)
Parsley (1/2 tsp – Crisped parsley for topping)
Black Pepper (1/4 tsp – Coarse grind for texture)
Olive Oil (1 tbsp – Extra virgin for flavor)
Instructions
Pat chicken dry with paper towels
Cut into 1-inch cubes
Combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, parsley, pepper, and salt in a bowl
Drizzle olive oil over chicken
Toss until fully coated
Chill for 1-2 hours if possible
Preheat air fryer to 190°C/380°F
Place chicken in basket without overlapping
Cook for 8-12 minutes
Shake basket halfway through

Thicker chicken cubes need 5 minutes extra cooking
Brush oil on top before final 2 minutes for crispier finish
Use a kitchen thermometer: 74°C/165°F internal ensures doneness
