Cooked chicken breast, shredded

Barbecue sauce

Mozzarella cheese

Cheddar cheese

Red onion

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Line baking sheet with parchment paper or grease
Combine shredded chicken with barbecue sauce
Place flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet
Brush each flatbread with olive oil
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the flatbreads
Add cheddar cheese on top of the mozzarella
Spread the BBQ chicken mixture over the cheese
Add red onion slices to the chicken layer
Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the top
Bake for 12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving
