Instructions
Quarter potatoes into 1-2 inch even pieces
Preheat air fryer to 380°F for 3 minutes
Toss potato pieces with oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until fully coated
Air fry in single layer batches for 10 minutes, shaking halfway
Return basket for 10-13 minutes until golden and crispy
Transfer to plate and season immediately with extra flaked salt
