4 cups (140g) chopped romaine
0.33 cup (30g) shaved Parmesan cheese, flaked
1 cup (60g) croutons, rustic style
0.5 cup (120ml) Caesar dressing, creamy consistency
4 large flour tortillas (10-inch), white flour preferred


Instructions

Dry chicken thoroughly with paper towels
Chop romaine into 1-inch pieces
Crush croutons slightly in plastic bag using rolling pin
Generously season chicken with salt and pepper
Heat electric skillet to 375°F (190°C) and add olive oil
Sear chicken until golden-brown and steel-gray crust forms, 5 minutes per side
Toss romaine, croutons, and Parmesan in large bowl
Pour Caesar dressing over salad and flip 8 times with spatula for even coating
