Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts (6 oz each)
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for crunch)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a 9×13″ baking dish with non-stick parchment paper
Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and arrange in the dish with 1″ spacing
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper

Spread mixture evenly over each breast using a silicone spatula, pressing firmly to adhere
Bake for 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F
Switch to Broil mode for 2-3 minutes to crisp the topping
