Ingredients
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

2 cups vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 Tablespoon orange zest
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
2 Tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 Tablespoon coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spray an 8×8 inch square baking dish thoroughly with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, and sea salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together almond milk, orange juice, zest, maple syrup, yogurt, flaxseed, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
