Description

A vibrant and nutrient-dense smoothie that combines the tangy sweetness of kiwi with the creamy texture of frozen banana and the health benefits of fresh spinach and chia seeds. This recipe is designed for a fast, balanced breakfast that provides sustained energy to start your morning right. It is entirely plant-based, refreshing, and free of any additives or non-halal ingredients, ensuring a wholesome experience in every glass.

Ingredients

Scale

1 large kiwi, peeled and chopped
1 medium frozen banana
1 cup fresh spinach leaves, loosely packed
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
45 large ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

Peel and chop the kiwi into uniform chunks.
Measure out the loosely packed fresh spinach.
Pour the almond milk into the blender pitcher first to facilitate smooth blending.
Add the kiwi, frozen banana, spinach, chia seeds, and ice into the blender.
Pulse the mixture several times to break down the frozen banana.
Process on high speed for 60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and vibrant in color.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

You can substitute chia seeds with rolled oats if you prefer a different texture. For extra chilling without dilution, ensure the banana is fully frozen prior to blending. Store any leftover smoothie in an airtight container for up to 24 hours, though it is best consumed fresh.
