Ingredients
Instant ramen noodles (1 pack)
Corn kernels (1 cup, canned or thawed frozen)
Mozzarella cheese (½ cup shredded)
Butter (1 tbsp)
Mayonnaise (1 tbsp)
Garlic powder (1 tsp)
Chili powder (1 tsp)
Green onion (1 stalk, chopped)
Instructions
Boil 2 cups water in a pot over high heat
Add ramen noodles and cook 3-4 minutes
Add corn kernels in the last 2 minutes of cooking
Stir in ramen seasoning packet and butter until melted
Mix in mozzarella and mayonnaise until noodles are glossy
Add garlic and chili powders, adjusting salt/pepper as needed
Top with green onion before serving
