Ingredients
1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 cup coconut water or water
1 tablespoon honey, agave syrup, or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
Peel and dice the mango; peel and chop the cucumber; prepare pineapple as specified
Add all ingredients to a blender
Pour in coconut water or water
Blend until smooth, adding more liquid if needed
Adjust sweetness by drizzling in honey, agave, or maple syrup
Notes
For a milder flavor, remove cucumber seeds
Frozen fruits add coolness without chill
