Instructions
Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and pepper in a bowl
Coat steak cubes with marinade
Marinate 20-30 minutes at room temperature
Preheat air fryer to 400°F
Arrange steak in a single layer
Air fry for 4-6 minutes, shaking midway
Rest for 5 minutes
Repeat for remaining batches
