Ingredients
Chicken tenderloins, 2 lbs
Unsweetened almond flour, 1/2 cup
Grated parmesan, 1/4 cup
Honey, 2 tbsp
Raw garlic, 2 cloves
Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
Coconut oil, 2 tbsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F
Marinate: In bowl, whisk honey, lemon juice, minced garlic, and 1 tsp salt
Season chicken: Flip chicken halves multiple times and season liberally with black pepper
