Ingredients
2 Large Tortillas (regular or low-carb/high-protein)
7 oz / 200 g Cooked Chicken (rotisserie or baked, chopped)
2 Garlic Cloves (minced or grated, or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
2 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Light Greek Yogurt
2 tsp Hot Sauce (e.g., sriracha or chili paste)
1/2 tsp Salt
3 oz / 90 g Grated Cheese (cheddar blend or mozzarella)
1 Green Onion (chopped)
Olive Oil Spray (as needed)
Instructions
Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
In a bowl, mix cooked chicken with garlic (or powder), mayo, yogurt, hot sauce, salt, and chopped green onion.
Place one tortilla on a flat surface and spread half the chicken mixture evenly.
Sprinkle half the cheese over the chicken.
Lightly spray the tortilla with oil and fold in half.
Cook in the skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Repeat with the second wrap. Garnish with remaining green onions before serving.
